1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Traceless ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction of residence. The Platform is not available in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading, derivatives, or automated trading services are restricted or prohibited by law, including countries subject to international sanctions. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your use does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

The Platform provides software tools for automated cryptocurrency trading, including strategy engines, backtesting, and market data. The Platform is a technology tool only. It is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, or exchange. We do not manage your funds, hold custody of your assets, or execute trades on your behalf. All trading is executed through your own accounts at third-party exchanges using API credentials that you provide.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform, including strategies, signals, performance data, AI-generated content, or any other material, constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any asset. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance, including backtested results, does not guarantee future results. Backtested performance is hypothetical and does not reflect live trading conditions.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your exchange API keys and account credentials. Never share them with third parties.
• You grant API permissions at your own risk. We recommend using API keys with trading permissions only and withdrawal permissions disabled.
• You are responsible for configuring risk controls (stop-loss, position size, leverage) appropriate to your situation.
• You must monitor your strategies regularly and understand that automated trading can result in losses, including total loss of funds.
• You must ensure your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform from any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited by law or from sanctioned jurisdictions.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation.
• Attempting to access, disrupt, or damage the Platform, its servers, or other users' accounts.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or eligibility.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain features require paid subscription plans. Fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may be paid in USDT or equivalent cryptocurrency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to adjust fees, with notice provided before changes take effect. Refund policies are as displayed at the point of purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers. We are not responsible for any act, omission, failure, error, or delay of any third party, including exchange outages, API changes, rate limits, or asset losses resulting from exchange-side issues. Your use of each exchange is governed by that exchange's own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that trading results will be profitable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 4, 9, 10, and 11.

12.5 Anti-Money Laundering & Withdrawal Rules

• Users shall not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity. The Platform may suspend accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Withdrawals are subject to a cooling-off period: a withdrawal request can only be submitted at least 24 hours after the most recent confirmed recharge, and a 24-hour rolling withdrawal limit applies to each account.
• The Platform performs manual review of recharge and withdrawal requests and may request additional verification information when necessary.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong SAR in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
