Analyst: Bitcoin price flashes hidden bullish signal, faces 96% problem
According to CoinWorld news, BeInCrypto reports that Bitcoin (BTC) is trading near approximately $82,300, up about 28% over the past three months. A hidden momentum signal on the daily chart suggests the uptrend may still be sustainable, but purchases by long-term holders have dropped 96%. Between September 2 and October 8, Bitcoin formed higher lows. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) slid from about 65 to 47, showing lower lows, a combination known as hidden bullish divergence, indicating that the pullback has not broken the uptrend. Despite increased selling pressure, volume on October 8 was still about 18% smaller than the October 2 peak. Analysts believe that a daily close above $83,325 would be the first step, while a return to $88,086 could attract holders back.
